Partnerships for Success

The Partnerships for Success Grant from SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) aims to enhance efforts to address substance use disorders in the community. The grant aims to foster collaboration between community stakeholders (providers, healthcare organizations, local government, etc.) to develop and implement strategies pertaining to substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery. By focusing on data-driven approaches and community engagement, Partnerships for Success aims to reduce the negative effects of substance abuse and promote community resilience. This program offers sobriety and relapse prevention talking circles, support groups and counseling to all. Call us to get more information on these services.
