As a clinic founded as an Urban Indian Health Center, we offer the latest advances in Western medicine, as well as proven care modalities that meet the cultural preferences of Native American clients.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are committed to meeting the needs of all San Diegans, regardless of their insurance status or financial circumstances. For clients who are insured through Medi-Cal, Medi-Cal managed care plans, other third-party health insurers, the cost for many visits is $0.
Our affordable sliding-fee scale allows the clinic to serve those who are completely uninsured at very low cost. The newly planned expansion and renovation for SDAIHC will more than double the number of patients that it can serve each year. More updates to come…
