Acupuncture

At the San Diego American Indian Health Center, we are proud to offer acupuncture services designed serve the whole you – mind, body, and spirit. This ancient practice promotes healing and balance within the body, helping to alleviate a variety of conditions while enhancing overall well-being.

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body. These points correspond to pathways of energy (Qi) that influence physical, emotional, and mental health. By stimulating these points, acupuncture can help restore balance and promote the body’s natural healing processes.
