What to Expect

1. Assessment and Evaluation

Your recovery begins with a thorough assessment to understand your unique situation and develop a personalized treatment plan. If you're unsure about your risk for addiction, we can schedule a screening.

2. Case Management

We offer case management to discuss disease prevention, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Our wellness programs include community health activities and mental health referrals.

3. Individual and Group Counseling

We offer one-on-one counseling to explore your thoughts and behaviors related to addiction, as well as group therapy for sharing experiences and fostering community.

Payment Options

We accept all major insurance plans.

No insurance? Call (619) 234-2158 to enroll in a low or no-cost health plan through Covered California, Medi-Cal, or program.

American Indians/Alaska Natives from federally recognized tribes may receive routine care at no cost including visits for Medical, Behavioral Health, and Dental Care. 

Patients who are HIV positive may qualify for free oral health services through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program.

Children aged 0-5 may qualify for free Dental Services through First 5 San Diego’s Oral Health Initiative.
