Erik McLaughlin MD, MPH is originally from San Diego, California. He completed his medical school in the UK and an MPH in global health and tropical medicine at Tulane University. He trained in family medicine residency in Chicago, Illinois and completed a Fellowship in Rural and Remote Medicine in Australia along with emergency medicine training. He has provided medical support on six continents and worked extensively with Native American people in the USA. When he is not working, he enjoys trail running and spending time with his family.
